Orders ship within the contiguous 48 United States.

Customers located in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or outside the United States should contact contact@rrgracing.com for shipping assistance and availability prior to placing an order.
Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $250 within the contiguous 48 states.

Orders under $250 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Window

Estimated delivery window is 7-12 business days, which includes order processing and transit time.

Processing times may vary based on the items purchased and current order volume.

During high-demand periods, delivery windows may be extended. Any updates will be communicated on our website.
Signature Required

All orders over $250 are shipped with Signature Required to ensure secure delivery.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you are responsible for coordinating directly with the carrier for re-delivery or pickup at an authorized access point.
Commercial Deliveries (Non-Freight)

Commercial deliveries are supported for non-freight shipments.

Please ensure accurate business name, contact information, and delivery hours are provided at checkout.

Missed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or additional fees.
Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Certain large or heavy items, such as complete simulator systems, chassis, or bundled configurations, may ship via freight.

Freight shipments are quoted and coordinated separately after order placement.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Order modifications cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Shipping address changes are not possible once an order is marked “Out for Delivery.”
Split Shipments

Some items, such as simulator components, seats, monitor stands, or accessories, may ship separately due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

Items may arrive on different days.
Tracking

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of signature, shipping fees are non-refundable and additional handling fees may apply.
