RRG Racing Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

  • Orders ship within the contiguous 48 United States.

  • Customers located in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or outside the United States should contact contact@rrgracing.com for shipping assistance and availability prior to placing an order.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $250 within the contiguous 48 states.

  • Orders under $250 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Window

  • Estimated delivery window is 7-12 business days, which includes order processing and transit time.

  • Processing times may vary based on the items purchased and current order volume.

  • During high-demand periods, delivery windows may be extended. Any updates will be communicated on our website.

Signature Required

  • All orders over $250 are shipped with Signature Required to ensure secure delivery.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you are responsible for coordinating directly with the carrier for re-delivery or pickup at an authorized access point.

Commercial Deliveries (Non-Freight)

  • Commercial deliveries are supported for non-freight shipments.

  • Please ensure accurate business name, contact information, and delivery hours are provided at checkout.

  • Missed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or additional fees.

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

  • Certain large or heavy items, such as complete simulator systems, chassis, or bundled configurations, may ship via freight.

  • Freight shipments are quoted and coordinated separately after order placement.

  • A member of our team will contact you to confirm delivery details, access requirements, and scheduling prior to shipment.

  • Freight deliveries may require:

    • A commercial address or suitable residential access

    • Appointment scheduling

    • Customer presence at delivery

Delivery timelines for freight shipments may differ from standard orders and will be communicated during coordination.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

  • Order modifications cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

  • Shipping address changes are not possible once an order is marked “Out for Delivery.”

Split Shipments

  • Some items, such as simulator components, seats, monitor stands, or accessories, may ship separately due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

  • Items may arrive on different days.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment confirmation.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of signature, shipping fees are non-refundable and additional handling fees may apply.

If you are ordering on behalf of a business, club, facility, or commercial space, please contact us prior to purchase at sales@rrgracing.com. Our team can assist with system configuration, delivery planning, freight coordination, and any operational considerations specific to your space.
