RRG Racing Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Definition of Open-Box Items

  • Open-box is defined as any product with a broken seal and/or any item that has been removed from its original packaging, regardless of use.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Turnkey simulators are not eligible for returns.

  • Electronic products are not eligible for returns.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Fees & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all open-box returns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • All returns must be requested in advance by contacting support@rrgracing.com

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Allow up to 2 business weeks for returned items to be received and inspected after delivery.

Return Shipping Requirements

  • All approved returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with Signature Required.

  • Returns shipped using unapproved carriers or without signature confirmation will be refused.

  • Customers are fully responsible for the item until it is received and inspected by RRG Racing.

Damages & Order Issues

  • Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery to the customer.

  • We encourage all customers to record the opening of all packages and orders.

  • Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported promptly for review and resolution.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled by completing an eligible return and placing a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the return has been received, inspected and approved.

  • Refunds under $1,000 are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds over $1,000 are issued by check.

    • Checks will be sent within 3 business days of return approval.

    • Checks may be sent via mail or digital 
      • Mailing details will be confirmed prior to issuance.

  • Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment incur no restocking fee, except for turnkey systems.

  • Turnkey cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 10% fee due to processing and transaction costs.

  • Orders that have already shipped are subject to the standard return policy.
